Proxy / Nomination Details

Nomination/Proxy forms need to be mailed/delivered to the secretary (The Secretary PO Box 636 Ballina 2478) by 5pm on Sunday 19th January 2025 (in the case of Nomination Forms) or as advised by email (in the case of Proxy Forms).

Forms can also be scanned and emailed to secretary@ballinaplayers.com.au

The member for whom the proxy is for, and the nominating persons, must be current members by the date that the nominations are due…see membership
