A brief description of characters are below, please note that ages are a guide only, you do not need to be the indicated age but able to look it. For further questions please call Lynn on the number above.
Mrs Slocombe – middle-age, eccentric, easily flattered. Keen on Captain Peacock.
Captain Peacock – middle-age, severe, strict.
Mr Humphries – forties, obviously camp, very fussy.
Mr Grainger – middle to senior age, easily confused.
Mr Lucas – thirties, flirt, sarcastic.
Miss Brahms – twenties, bit ditzy, is not a flirt. Kind-hearted.
Mr Rumbold – middle-age, pompous, stickler for rules and propriety.
Mr Mash – middle-age, fit, cheeky. Also plays Mr Grace in Act I– elderly and doddery. Also plays Cesar in Act II, Leader of the Revolution in Spain.
Nurse – thirties or forties, no nonsense, business-like. Also plays Conchita in Act II, senorita, not a revolutionary.
Lady Customer – thirties plus, unsure of herself. Also plays Taeresa, a revolutionary in Act II, strong and forthright.
Male Customer – forties plus, sure of himself. Also plays Don Barnardo in Act II. Not interested in the Revolution.
